Promotional and Instructional Flights
All of our pilots are also FAA certified flight instructors. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a certified hot air balloon pilot. We offer instruction in our balloons or yours.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your flight, please notify us within seven (7) days of your
scheduled flight date for a full refund, otherwise full charges will be assessed. No shows will also be charged for the flight, because in your absence we still incurred the operating expenses of the flight. If a cancelation is made by us due to weather no charges will be assessed and we will do everything in our power to work with your availability to reschedule the hot air balloon flight.
